WARRANTY

We offer a two-years-warranty on all crossbows delivered by AIA, if not stated otherwise. The warranty will only be granted to the genuine owner, who has registered himself immediately after the purchase of the crossbow at the manufacturer with the attached warranty-card. Parts suffering from wearing like cords, strings etc. are excluded. This includes arrows, too. Please do only use the arrow weights and types recommended in our catalogue and on our website. If no special advice is given, the particular technical dates are decisive.

Arbitrary changes at the crossbow or parts of the crossbow will result in the warranty’s termination. Improper handling, like dry firing (shooting without an arrow), firing with too light arrows, firing with other objects, loosing of the limb-screws or the loosing of the lock’s screw or the screw of the trigger and so on and the removing of the serial number will also result in the warranty’s termination

SERVICE

For the duration of 1/2 year after purchase, we cover the rewinding of the shooting-string at once for free, you have to bear the shipping costs only.

TERMS OF PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

All crossbows can only be sold to persons older than 18years. Currently, we do only deliver for cash on delivery or cash in advance. We apologize for any circumstances. Delivery to foreign countries does always succeed shipping costs. For the shipping of targets a bulk surcharge of € 20,- disregarding the order value.
