AIA FlexRange - FRS 101-12 (incl. Scope Rings)

The FlexRange scope FRS 101-12 is the further development of the FRS 101 and replaces it.

Universal and hitherto unique crossbow scope for hunting, 3D, and target distances up to 180m and beyond, including flip-up caps and 30mm four-screw mounting rings.

This crossbow scope is and remains a long-range, hunting, and 3D crossbow scope all in one. The reticle has been reworked so that the arrow trajectory curve fits up to 120m. This means each of the illuminable numbers (1-12) in the reticle represents hits at 10m increments. The red or green colored digits in the reticle provide better orientation for the shooter. Likewise, 2 lines indicate the artificial horizon in the reticle, allowing correction of a "canted" position. Of course, the illumination can also be turned off. With the unique crossbow scopes of the FRS series, optics are now on the market that meet the highest demands of both 3D and target shooters! In the FRS 101-12 we have implemented our experience into a universal crossbow scope!

It is a 3-9 x 42 scope with a 30mm tube diameter rather than the usual 25.4mm. The reticle here has been etched into the glass. The difference compared to the FRS100 is the somewhat higher weight (614g), and the even greater light transmission compared to the already bright FRS 100 tactical. The tactically adjustable turrets for elevation and windage adjustment are similar. The reticle, which is basically the same as the 100 series, but offers more advantages in illumination and number of marking points for crossbows in the range of approx. 300 to 550 fps, is unique on the crossbow market. Thanks to the numbering of the distance points, quick orientation is always possible. The FRS 101-12 scope not only has nearly 3 times the range of commercially available crossbow scopes, but more importantly, finer adjustment - standard crossbow scopes (1 click = 1" (2.54 cm) at 20 yards/approx. 18m) vs. AIA FRS 100/101 (1 click = 1/2" (1.27cm) at 100 yards/approx. 91m). This allows for more precise adjustment.

Once set/zeroed to just one, or a maximum of three distances, unlike an HHA Optimizer (long-range attachment), which must be readjusted for every distance, nothing needs to be readjusted at any distance with the FRS 101-12.

Due to its design, the scope has a very large field of view. The wide viewing angle and the unique reticle make it possible to hold on targets at distances otherwise unreachable. By selecting a low magnification (e.g. 3x) and shooting in 10m increments, it is also possible with less powerful crossbows to aim at and reliably hit targets from 10m to beyond 100m. All this without having to make any adjustments to the scope! This minimizes errors. It can therefore be used excellently for 3D and crossbow target sports. The red/green illuminated reticle is a real help in difficult lighting conditions. The intensity of the illumination is graduated in such a way that it assists in target acquisition without blinding the shooter!

The AIA FRS 101-12 truly lives up to its name as a FlexRange scope. With a Darton Fireforce and the FRS 101 (old version), we were able to reliably hit targets from 0 - 175m using 3x magnification without any adjustment. Even with less powerful crossbows, no additional long-range attachment is needed anymore. Your crossbow is more than upgraded with the FRS 101-12. Delivery includes 30mm mounting rings and flip-up caps.

Depending on the width of the scope mounting rings, it is possible to order an installable bubble level as additional accessory.
