The REV X comes with a, for Excalibur totally new, built-in crank tensioning system with a tensioning strap via a small built-in gearbox. This model is probably the most modern that Excalibur currently produces. This enables the crossbow to be cocked and uncocked without any problems. The cocking strap has virtually no wear. The Caesfire trigger releases the string with less weight than previous models.
